About the Book

This Reflective Journal and Workbook has been designed to accompany Elaine's earlier book Reflect to Create! The Dance of Reflection for Creative Leadership, Professional Practice and Supervision. Reflect to Create! is a holistic philosophy and a manifesto for creative reflection: this is explored through the metaphor of the dance to choreograph the inner personal journeys needed to craft imaginative change for great work and inspired living in today's turbulenttimes. This Reflective Journal has been designed as a companion to the main book to partner with you as you dance with your questions - whatever your context. Because WHO you are, is HOW you reflect and HOW and WHAT you create. Reflect to Create! is based on the author's research, her own story, and the latest thinking in such diverse spheres as relational dynamics, mindfulness, adult learning, creativity, systems thinking, psychology and the arts.

Review :
Leadership Coach, Author of "The Future of Coaching, Vision, Leadership and Responsibility in a Transforming World" This Workbook dances beautifully with the main book as it goes directly to the core of our human experience as an archetypal wave. I go back to it regularly. Jean-François Thiriet To manage in the diverse and constantly changing world we live in today requires us to be nimble, agile and creative. Reflect to Create! is the go-to resource for anyone who wants to stretch themselves and their clients to see with fresh eyes and build artistry and depth in reflective practice, one of the most important skills of this decade. Karyn Prentice Fletcher Prentice & Associates, Author of "Nature's Way" This excellent Reflective Journal and Workbook accompanies the equally thought-provoking Reflect to Create! As the sage once said - the busier I am the longer my meditation. In these turbulent times we doubly need to step back and reflect: on habits that no longer serve us or our world, on looking afresh at what is needed, and learning to relate more holistically. Elaine takes us on an adventurous inner journey - from the invitation through to working wisely and feeding forward - our contribution to the world. This Workbook, beautifully designed and simple to use, is the natural and necessary partner to her book. It will serve you well. Hetty Einzig
