Review :
“Inspiring, practical, comprehensive: this book is the perfect ‘go to’ for any teacher wanting to learn Tai Chi principles and include them in the school day. With clear, informative photographs and easily accessible text this book is a priceless resource with a fantastic selection of Tai Chi practices and games for KS1 and KS2. Phil’s experience and enthusiasm shines through, as he addresses teachers, parents and Tai Chi practitioners with clarity, sensitivity, and warmth. There should be a well used copy in every school!” Angus Clark, head of Living Movement and honorary president of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain "The notion of a book to support young people's mental, emotional and physical wellbeing could not have come at a better time. It is essential that we equip young people with a wide range of subject disciplines but also that of strategies to help focus the mind, body and soul. Tai Chi for Schools will help to support many young people in finding their inner strength and peace in the rapidly changing world around them." Emma Kerr, headteacher and primary principal and South West hub primary lead “This book shows the value and impact of introducing Tai Chi to younger children, grounding them in skills for the future. I have been practicing and teaching Tai Chi for over 30 years and still learnt much from Phil’s approach. A must read for schools and Tai Chi teachers alike.” Mark Peters, chairman of the Tai Chi & Qigong Union for Great Britain
