Kirstie and Richard are global experts in presentation skills. They have been teaching and coaching together for over 20 years. They run courses, deliver executive coaching, and provide consultancy for clients across the globe, from Tokyo to Toronto, from Panama to Paris. They support a range of (mostly) corporate clients (including P&G, Carlsberg, and Mattel) in all aspects of advanced presentation skills: designing and delivering training, reviewing and redesigning content, and coaching executives and small teams.
About the Author :
Kirstie Hawkes is an experienced business leader who has worked in and with multinational companies, consultancies, successful start-ups, charities and agencies. With a background in classic commercial roles (e.g.: marketing, external relations, sustainability). She has presented business ideas in small rooms, delivered keynote speeches on large stages and hosted professional conferences, across the globe. Kirstie, together with her colleague, friend and co-author, Richard Pascoe, has been training, coaching and consulting in presentation skills since they first met in 2003. Over the last twenty years Kirstie and Richard have trained many thousands of people in presentation skills, from large to small corporates, from charities and businesses, in over sixty countries across the main continents of the world. Today, companies like Procter & Gamble, Carlsberg, Mattel and many more rely on their experience and expertise in all aspects of presentation skills training. Kirstie and Richard continue to be fascinated by how everyone, from whatever background or generation, is struggling with the same set of presentation challenges. Together they bring a perfect balance of two things: geekiness and experience. They are geeky about all things associated with the science and art of presenting (especially Richard).
