Review :
'It's a simple question, but why don't professional recruiters tell us this stuff every day? Applicable techniques you can't afford to miss. In fact I'm reluctant to even recommend this book. It's my 'edge', it's too good to pass up. A must read for graduates to executives, something for everyone. I read this book with interest and really liked the content. It is simple, to the point and really gets you thinking why some people are out there getting their dream jobs each and every time. I found the connection with the Social Media particularly useful. I would even recommend this book to people outside the IT industry.' Mike Toast "I read a paperback copy of this book a whole ago, and I've just downloaded it onto my Kindle this evening as I've got a job interview with SAP this week. The author has been a successful IT recruiter for the past 12 years and his advice does not disappoint. With so many expert gurus writing about this subject, it's refreshing to see one who actually knows what he is talking about. Simple, yet thoughtful advice on what you should be doing to get your dream job in IT. Whilst only you, admittedly, can secure your dream appointment, Mr. Morgan's advice will certainly tip the odds in your favour. A must read for anyone connected to the IT industry, particularly those who are actively trying to climb the career ladder." Richard Moss "A brilliant source of reference and an easy to follow guide to securing a role. I must admit I was a bit sceptical before reading it, but it's a must read and as the author explains, it's not rocket science, just a simple process to follow. I bought this book for my son who is a recent graduate. Like many in his shoes, he must have must applied for a good number of jobs with little of nothing coming back. In brief he's now secured a role. In a nutshell, I think this simple guide does what it says on the tin." Ed Bird "I'm not saying reading this book will automatically guarantee that you get a job, but if you follow Richard's advice word for word, you'll percentages will increase, like it did for my son. It's a simple question, but why don't professional recruiters tell us this stuff every day? Applicable techniques you can't afford to miss. In fact i'm reluctant to even recommend this book. It's my 'edge', it's too good to pass up. A must read for graduates to executives, something for everyone." Oliver Charles
