About the Author :
Alan Clark is a business coach, consultant and trainer since 1993 working with large and small organisations in the private and public sectors. He is a chartered engineer originally working in the automotive industry whose experience has broadened to include sales and general management. He has also designed and run management development programmes in the private sector and also for local government managers at the University of Birmingham. He is founding Chair of the Deming Special Interest Group in the Chartered Quality Institute.
