About the Author :
Charlotte Howell is a Consultant Anaesthetist at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire, specialising in paediatric anaesthesia. Kate Grady is a Consultant in Pain Management and Anaesthetics at Spire Regency Hospital in Macclesfield. She served on the RCOG's International Executive Board between 2006 and 2010. Charles Cox OBE is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton. He has taught obstetric emergencies courses in a number of countries, including Iraq and Haiti.
