About the Author :
Mary Sanderson, B.A. Sports Studies, L.S.S.M. (Dip.) Sports Massage, Certificate in Neuro-muscular Re-education (N.M.R.), is a full-time Sports Massage Therapist and runs her own practice in Hastings, Sussex. She is a Senior Tutor for the London School of Sports Massage (L.S.S.M.) and the National School of Sports Massage, Ireland, as well as lecturing to chiropractors and chartered physiotherapists on their CPD programmes.
