About the Author :
Founded in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu is the world's most famous culinary academy. At its school in London, it offers a wide range of courses in classic French. Its name is associated with a number of fine cookery books including Le Cordon Bleu Complete Cooking Techniques and Le Cordon Bleu Dessert Techniques. Though this is its first wine book, wine has always been an important part of "L'Art de Vivre", which is what Le Cordon Bleu promotes.
