About the Author :
A seasoned traveller and a regular user of B and B's, Ronelle Henning has been involved in the accommodation industry since 1995, when she started her own marketing and reservations business before the Rugby World Cup in South Africa. The author of Your Own Guest House and Effective Guest House Management (now in its 3rd edition), Ronelle presented seminars and training courses, radio talks and a short television series on the topic before happily relocating to New Zealand in 2004. She is currently Marketing and Liaison Manager for Accommodation and Conference Services at the University of Auckland.
