Review :
"This book is extremely accessible. Provides practical advice on how to develop a style that is effective, respectful and consistent." Learning Support, Summer Term 1 2008 [This book] could be helpful for teachers confronted with, anticipating, or trying to avoid a problem. In flicking through it you might well find, or be reminded of, something very useful to know or to do in order to avoid, mitigate, or defuse the problem in question.
