About the Author :
Michael Duggan is a barrister at Littleton Chambers where he specialises in employment law. He has particular experience of large-scale wrongful dismissal cases, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing cases and discrimination cases, including disability discrimination and sexual and racial harassment cases. Michael regularly appears in employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He is a member of the Employment Law Bar Association and author of several textbooks on employment law.
