About the Author :
John L Walters is editor of graphic design magazine Eye, which has more than 500,000 followers on Twitter. He also writes about creative music for the Guardian and is a successful music producer and artist (his 1981 hit 'Einstein A Go-Go' reached no. 5 in the UK charts). The Design Museum's mission is to celebrate, entertain, and inform. It is the world's leading museum devoted to contemporary design in every form from furniture to graphics, and architecture to industrial design.
