About the Author :
Aditya Simha is a Professor of Management at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. He obtained his PhD in Business Administration at Washington State University. He teaches Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the MBA and Undergraduate levels, and teaches Micro Issues in Business, and Contemporary Research Methods at the Doctoral level. In addition to his many journal articles, Simha has published Leadership Insights for Wizards and Witches in the Exploring Effective Leadership through Popular Culture book series
