About the Book

Christianity is declining in the West, in stark contrast to other countries, particularly in the East, where it faces suppression. Yet, many are turning to our Lord. In Iran, it is claimed that hundreds of thousands of Christians have secretly joined the Body of Christ at great peril, and churches are growing daily. In contrast, here in the West, Christianity is rapidly becoming a 'minority religion.' During the Reformation, Bible critics planted the seeds that transformed the Church into a lukewarm entity. However, nineteenth-century missionaries brought God's grace particularly to the United Kingdom, which initiated a significant event in the early twentieth century. The Bible is filled with prophecies that leaders of our assemblies do not regularly teach. Prophecy aims to give the Church hope and encourages us to look forward to our Lord's return. This account describes the unravelling of a crimson cord from Genesis to Revelation. The creation narrative is not just about how God created the heavens and the earth, but also outlines God's plan for redemption. The pattern of creation, by design, is connected to the first Passover Lamb, Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection, illustrating how Jesus is the 'First Fruits' and took paradise to Heaven. In short, Genesis chapter 1 is both enlightening and prophetic. We will explore the possibility of a 'hidden' day in the creation narrative. Prophecy is also linked to the Last Supper, which established a New Covenant and a Betrothal. It foreshadows the reality of the Church's rapture. Framing this within 'culture, context and audience' enhances its prophetic nature.

Review :
"I have known Bob for several years within the church community, and we co-hosted a small Bible School for a time. I affirm Bob as an Ephesians 4 Bible teacher. In this Book, Bob guides us on a journey-a journey of learning-a journey he has undertaken himself, and aims to share some excellent theological insights on end-time prophecy and Israel's central role in it. Knowledge of this subject is increasingly developing within the Body of Christ in our day. Bob is very straightforward in this area, exposing the errors of replacement theology and the superficiality of allegorising prophecy, offering interpretations that truly resonate. May God use this book to deepen understanding of end-time prophecy and Israel's pivotal place within it." - Ben Davies, Pastor, Anchor Community Church, West End, Southampton (A Member of The Pioneer Network of Churches [South]) "Bob Francis has embarked on remarkable journeys, even to the depths of vast oceans. Under tremendous pressure, he has learnt the life disciplines required for service, courage, comradeship and expertise. 'Watching and waiting' was the essence of his seasons at sea, in selfless pursuit of safeguarding others. Over the past two decades, Bob has delved into even more significant depths in his journey as a follower of Jesus. An apprentice and advocate of Scripture, from creation to apocalypse, he faithfully seeks, studies, and shares truths of urgent inner and infinite importance. Bob invites us to join his most daring mission in My Journey with Christ (Genesis to Revelation), an intimate and urgent exploration of biblical truths, with surprisingly honest insights and timely teachings. In his book, Bob also examines the mystery of sacrificial faith that connects Jews and Christians through redeeming blood. He draws from both the Old and New Testaments, from the Torah to the Gospels, and from the Garden of Eden to the Garden of Gethsemane. Driven by a desire to understand Jesus, the Lamb slain before the world was created, Bob shares truths that are less often spoken from pulpits. He courageously follows paths that others might prefer to avoid, leading to conclusions about Israel, the Church, the Way of the Cross, and the end times." - Dr Graham Giles, MBE
