Review :
DEI is not a luxury, it is a necessity

Thoughtfully curated, the scholarship presented in this book provides a nuanced and sophisticated understanding of the factors that inhibit or facilitate the inclusive workspaces we aspire to

I fully endorse the Business and Society 360, 6th volume on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

For American scholars, this book comes at a time when it could not be more needed, as a backlash against DEI efforts threatens set-backs and academic freedom
