About the Book

Continuing Change, Constant Engagement considers the current environment, impact, and future directions of academic libraries in the Caribbean. The book explores some of the most pertinent issues affecting academic libraries in the Caribbean, including areas of ensuring impact, governance, innovation, technology and digital transformation, Library futures and the multifaceted, and evolving roles of the academic librarian, and library staff. Chapters highlight stories on how libraries have responded to changes in culture, purpose, and practice to offer excellence in programs and service to their communities. A key feature of this publication is to provide a fresh approach, with a future mindset to the academic library environment.
