About the Author :
Pini Reznik is the CEO and co-founder of re:cinq, where he helps organizations build dependable, AI-ready cloud platforms and the operating models to run them. A former software engineer, he co-founded a Cloud Native consultancy in 2014 and has since led transformation programs across industries—from platform engineering and SRE practices to Team Topologies and change management. Pini co-authored the O'Reilly book, Cloud Native Transformation: Practical Patterns for Innovation, and has been documenting engineering and organizational design patterns since 2018. Over the last decade he has guided dozens of companies through the shift to Cloud Native, accelerating software delivery while reducing operational risk and preparing teams for the AI Native era.
