Through an unprecedented public-private partnership, this project fosters collaboration across federal, state, and local levels to identify threats and implement best practices. We have partnered with the top Global War on Terror intelligence professionals and special operations veterans to inform YOU on the potential for a terrorist attack in YOUR community.   The mission of The Gathering Storm is not to create fear as happens in legacy media and modern politics, but rather to EMPOWER communities and leaders to confront the rising threat of international terrorism through collaboration, education, and preparedness. By fostering public-private partnerships, raising awareness, studying lessons learned from past events, and providing actionable resources, we aim to safeguard lives, strengthen resilience, and uphold national security.   We want you to be prepared to DETER, IDENTIFY, AND REACT through knowledge, planning and preparation. The contributors to this project swore "NEVER AGAIN” after 9/11/2001. For 20 years we kept that promise. Now, “NEVER AGAIN” is at our door step in the places where you live, work, and play. We WILL sound the alarm on the resurgence of terrorism and provide actionable solutions to protect our communities. Through comprehensive studies, supplemental resources, and a persistent engagement strategy, The Gathering Storm keeps the conversation alive across digital and traditional platforms. HISTORY OF TF PINEAPPLE AND WHY THIS MATTERS TO YOU TF Pineapple, previously known as The Heroes Journey, stands at the forefront of a movement dedicated to enhancing Veteran resilience and advocating for our Veterans and first responders in an increasingly volatile world. Our organization is the catalyst behind the true story told in the book "Operation Pineapple Express," a powerful narrative which recounts the extraordinary efforts of veterans, civilians, and humanitarian advocates who worked tirelessly to rescue Afghan allies left behind amid the chaos of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. This gripping story not only highlights the valor and commitment of those involved but also serves as a profound reminder of the human cost of conflict and the moral obligations we have to our allies. The underlying message of "Operation Pineapple Express" extends beyond the battlefield; it resonates deeply with the current state of national security. In conjunction with the insights provided in "Gathering Storm," a book that addresses the growing threat of domestic terrorism, we recognize the urgent need to confront the challenges posed by extremist ideologies and violence within our own borders. Risks and challenges Due to the recent terror attack in New Orleans and the high potential for additional attacks in the next 90-180 days, it is imperative that our communities receive and act on this information with haste, rather than waiting for national institutions. This requires immediate funding. All proceeds will be used in concert with The Gathering Storm initiative.
