About the Author :
Emily Davis is a mom, and a health and fitness advocate born in Pocatello, Idaho and now living in New York. Inspired by a love of feeling fit and strong herself, and an empathy for other women starting their fitness journeys, Emily created her own cookbook. She felt that by sharing healthy recipes and fitness tips other women would feel less alone in their struggles. Starting a new diet can be hard, and Emily wanted to give them a chance, her cookbook is a way of telling them not to stop believing in themselves. When she is not working on her writing and recipes, Emily can be found hanging out with her two sweet baby girls, working out at the gym, cycling, and looking for dogs and cats to snuggle.
