Self-guided therapy in the comfort of your own home

I have extremely bad anxiety. I'm very stressed, I'm a mom of 4 and a high school teacher. This workbook is great for self-guided therapy. I can't always call up my psychologist when I'm facing a meltdown, so having some techniques I can use at home is fantastic.
My favorite part of this book is the action steps, laid out in a weekly plan. I can see exactly when I'm going to learn and practice, to help me be a better me.
