Daniel Brian is an America based psychologist who holds a Ph.D. degree in clinical psychology. His recent writings emphasize the evolutionary changes in the human brain which react with hormones and respond respectively. This American psychologist stated that he was influenced by the field of psychiatry which tells exceptional stories and shows you the mental health of the individual. He combines his knowledge of emotional intelligence with neuroscience to demonstrate how to stay strong and powerful while being compassionate and empathic. He included such stories in his book as he believed in emotional strengths that can regulate moods and feelings and also bought positive changes to many of his patients. His other works include empaths and healing soon after he realized the importance of balancing emotions and survival after trauma.
