Really good book, I suspect it will become essential reading in the HR / DEI / Responsible Business space Simple to understand, clear examples and inspirational actions. Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn and do more around this important topic. Really instils belief that we can all make a huge difference in the quest for inclusion. Very practical read, packed full of ideas to apply in business and everyday life. It’s honest, authentic, practical and makes a vast subject feel manageable whether you’re starting your inclusion journey or you’ve been going for a while. I’ve just finished this absolutely brilliant book from Catherine Garrod. What an insightful read. It's packed with experience, anecdotes and practical ways to create long-term, sustainable change....I feel considerably more informed about this important topic having read this book.
