This is a powerful book – do not underestimate how much it will challenge the strategic thinking you might have on disruption, innovation and risk which can make it feel hard at first. But like most approaches that will lead to useful and tangible change, if you stick with it, you will reap the benefits. It’s packed with practical and detailed guidance and stories, illustrating how to make the Game Plan work for you and your organisation I had a chance to read ARC of this book and it has some thought provoking moments when you start working on your company's Disruption Game Plan. This plan is a framework that guides any company leader to create a new way to engage teams in innovation, support move outside comfort zone and drive team's engagement in creativity and disruption. There are different stories that support suggested concepts and it is easy to read through. Important of all is the encouragement to put the knowledge into action.
