Review :
Contributed by entrepreneurship researchers from the US, the eight essays in this volume examine issues involved in corporate entrepreneurship in the disruptive innovation age. They address entrepreneurship in established firms; the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on balancing exploration and exploitation in the form of organizational ambidexterity; integrating corporate entrepreneurship and organization development through learning and leadership; key challenges faced by corporate entrepreneurial leaders in the age of disruptive innovation; corporate entrepreneurship as a mental model that allows firms to adapt to new competitive landscapes by facilitating the development of new cognitive scripts and schemas when lost in a rapidly changing competitive domain; how innovation teams suffer because management fails to develop a change strategy and prepare managers and participants to work in teams, with discussion of the elements needed to prepare team members; how designers and organizations can leverage design for corporate innovation; and technological firms' success in corporate innovation.
