About the Author :
Sharam Alijani is Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Neoma Business School and a Research Fellow at ‘HABITER IRCS’ Center, Reims Champagne-Ardenne University. His teachings and research focus on strategic management, entrepreneurship, ethics, sustainability and social innovation. He currently serves as Associate Editor of the European Social Innovation Review and is the co-organizer of the ‘Finance, Economy and Society’ track at the European Academy of Management. Sharam has served in numerous executive and consulting capacities and taught as visiting faculty in Europe, China and the United States. He is the President of AMU North America, an entrepreneurial hub for social innovators and high-tech startups. His research has appeared in numerous international academic journals and books, including the Encyclopedia of Creativity, Invention, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (2016, Springer). He is the coordinator of the SIMAPCT research team at Neoma Business School. Catherine Karyotis, HDR, is Professor of Finance at Neoma Business School and Head of the Master in International Financial Analysis at the Reims campus. She has been previously involved with Euroclear, a financial services company that specializes in the settlement of securities and is currently a member of the Scientific Committee of the French Society of Financial Analysts. Catherine is the co-organizer of the ‘Finance, Economy and Society’ track at the European Academy of Management. Her teaching and research focus on bank and finance and capital markets. Catherine has published in international academic as well as professional journals in France and is the author of ‘L’essentiel de la banque’ (Gualino, 2016) and co-author of ‘Introduction a` la finance du marche´’ (Pearson, 2015).
