About the Author :
Author Derrick Belanger's publications include an eclectic mix: book reviews, articles for education journals, short stories, poems, comic books, and the graphic novel, Twenty-Three Skidoo! A former instructor at Washington State University, and a current middle school Language Arts teacher, Derrick lives in Broomfield, Colorado with his wife Abigail Gosselin and their two daughters, Rhea and Phoebe. Currently, Derrick is working on the novel My Name is Time, various nonfiction essays, and the reimagined young adult novel version of Twenty-Three Skidoo! He also co-authors the web site Mystery Aircraft.com with author Chuck Davis.Historian Chuck Davis has been involved in various aspects of the aerospace industry and aviation history for over thirty years. He has been a draftsman, technical illustrator, freelance editor, proofreader, and technical writer. Aviation and space history is his first love and he has illustrated several notable books on the subject and co-authored the history book Phantom of the Skies with J. Allan Danelek. Chuck explores his love of unknown aircraft by running the web site Mystery Aircraft.com with author Derrick Belanger. He is also interested in an eclectic array of historical, aviation, and environmental subjects. Chuck is a strong advocate of space exploration and colonization.
