Carlos's professional journey includes his work as a senior consultant for international development banks, where he assessed climate-resilient solutions for sectors like ports, coastal infrastructure, and agriculture. His expertise extends to navigating international environmental standards, promoting Nature-Based Solutions (NbS), and managing large-scale conservation programs.
