Review :
'This book is properly useful. I can think of two distinct groups of people I would give a copy to: my friends who need a bit of help and my friends who need a lot of help. It's like the manual to all the simple things that can make the journey of life a little less bumpy, messy and sticky.' - Gareth Cliff
