About the Author :
Maureen Collins has a BSc honours degree in psychology from the University of Edinburgh and over 30 years of employment, consulting and coaching experience in management and leadership development. This book is based on the personal issues that have been raised with her at training events over the years. Maureen consults to corporate clients both locally and internationally and is a regular contributor to a variety of magazines and article directories.
