About the Author :
Lynn Vincent is the imperfect mother of three boys: one neurodivergent, one in the chaos of toddlerhood, and one who went to heaven far too soon at 7 months old. She has been through a lot, both as a person and as a mother: depression and anxiety, grief from miscarriages and a traumatic child loss, parenting neurodiversity, friendship and family drama, just to name a few. She now uses her writing skills and life's stories to help light up the darkness, inspire and encourage, and help other mums feel seen and less alone. Besides writing poetry and books, she regularly shares her musings on life, motherhood, and mental health - intertwined with her grief and faith - through her blog and social media.
