If you're ready to rise without running yourself into the ground, Sandi's work offers a fresh, affirming path forward-one where you don't have to trade authenticity for achievement.

Review :
"As I read her book, I was struck by how she delivers what every great leadership book must nail: hope, heart, and help. I'm not surprised that Sandi has launched a successful coaching practice helping women find fulfillment--not by chasing money and titles, but by aligning with their values, discovering their gifts, and finding their unique voice. I believe this book will help so many women--and yes, some men too--define their own road." --Cedrick T. Fulton, Former President, MTA Bridges and Tunnels & Former Vice Chairman, New Jersey Transit Board
