About the Book

We all experience some level of loss throughout our lives. Loss is everywhere in our world, even though we do our best to ignore it, sweep under the rug and avoid the reality it brings. From the loss of a relationship, a friendship, a promotion, a job, a pet, stamina, mental sharpness, agility due to aging or a parenting empty nest to the more extreme life changing losses such as a divorce, domestic violence, a relative, a family member, a parent, a child, a spouse, a miscarriage-Loss impacts and affects your happiness.

Finding Hope after Loss assimilates real life experiences, challenges, and adaptability to life's major adversities, mapping a pathway for building, growing and nurturing emotional fortitude, while outlining key skills, habits and tools that support thriving, not just surviving, throughout dramatic change. This book addresses a paramount need for a new approach to manage this extraordinarily tenuous part of your life. Follow the journey and discussion to challenge and find your path. Each paragraph and chapter serves as a building block to what is next and how to get there from voices of who have gone through it.
