Understand why Ted Roosevelt, the son of Theodore Roosevelt, requested to be among the first wave of soldiers on D-Day. Follow along with Nathan as he explores how his personal mental model was shaped and transformed in key moments. Review :
"Nathan Mellor is both insightful and funny while imparting a worldly wisdom beyond his years. This is a wonderful read for anyone who is interested in improving leadership skills and/or gaining greater insight into life's "defining moments" in order to lead a more meaningful life. Nathan is a master at taking seemingly ordinary experiences and finding essential character and integrity building lessons buried within. I came away being challenged personally and spiritually." --Kim Henry, former first lady of the State of Oklahoma and current Executive Director of Sarkeys Foundation "Nathan is a gifted speaker and storyteller. Sleeping Giants demonstrates that he is as gifted with the written word as he is with the spoken word. This book is full of inspiring stories--many from Dr. Mellor's own life--that will cause you to laugh and reflect and inspire you to lead a meaningful life." --Allison D. Garrett, President, Emporia State University "The stories in Sleeping Giants are inspiring and intimately human examples of how to live a life of meaning. With endearing humility, Mellor's stories offer a combination of joy and wisdom that is hard to find."--Kyle Harper, Ph.D., Sr. Vice President and Provost, University of Oklahoma
