About the Book

This book describes the basic commitment to & how our Governor's Directed what we would build, following the "Unconditional Surrender" offered by General Washington; to the British Army in the Field at the time. They went back to England. We built a new Government in a style never before, nor since, registered. We are a "Representative Republic" A Federal Government surrounds our [Multi-State, Sovereign Republican Status.] The King had kicked us out of HIS you know! He wrote us a letter, received in December 1775. We answered to let him know we understood what he said; We answered so he would not forget either. On 4 July 1776, we sent him our answer. "Declaration of Independence." We are no longer Subjects of his Kingdom. we are now, free "Sovereign Citizens of the World" wherever we Legally Stand. [Remember that whenever you walk around the World.] Our Constitution, our own Federal Government's Constitution builds our Federal Government of 100 equally sized Districts. Our Governors formed the task that called for the first official document we were to call our Constitution. They were the Leaders, at the time. They still are today. The founders (the 13 Governors and many noted Citizens) then sent a group of 75, hopping at least 50 could get to Philadelphia, to write that Constitution, from the notes made (scraps of pieces of paper) during those five years. They were to do that the following June of 1787. They were given some specific points include, at the time. There was one additional meeting the following February, they used to add things, thought missed during those first five years. 1. The Founders said, the change will be massive: We believe the total population should vote, the yea's and nay's. So! Congress Passed a LAW: "Every Citizen from every State will vote!" 2. The Founders said, how will they, are citizens, know what the Constitution says, we do not yet knew? It is not written! So! the Congress again passed a LAW: "You," the Authors, will write about what was discussed during the writing, explaining what the new Constitution says and send it to the New York Newspapers. "WE" (the Congress will make sure they send copy to every newspaper in the country, allowing the total population to read about what the Constitution say's.) Every one that can read, will know. What they wrote, became known as the "Federalists Papers" Ordered written in that February 1787. That is the Legal Reference's to our Constitution; written, following the Signing in September 1787. Congress added we will do this because we do not want "Reporters" to describe, only the points they like, etc. Our citizens would get the wrong information that way. There were only Thirteen States at the time, however, the citizens voting in the positive a massive 100%. I say this because of that same population base; includes 17 States today. Vermont, Maine and West Virginia were all inclusive of other States at the time. From these 13 States (the Citizens of 17 States today) voted YES! That is 100% of this Nation at the time. Today I want that same Nation, these United States to help fix the problem. First by removing the word "Democracy" from your mind and calling us a Republic. We are discussing our Constitution, and the founding our Founding Governors wishes, as they passed a law: When working with our Constitution, one will never write, and otherwise use that word "Democracy." They originally devised a scheme to collect TAXES; a "Consumption Tax" was a hold out to the Constitution's actual existence. without it: The constitution would never pass muster. it is time we followed the Founders Words...without a Consumption Tax existence; the Constitution would be a failure. Take Heart, Citizens; I am only the messenger. We are obligated: to Re-introduce the Consumption Tax.

About the Author :
My History, virtually unknown to me. My first steps, less than a week before the Polio-Virus, took that first bite; affecting my retentive memory. [I did not know I was different than everybody else. I just could not remember details of anything.] Had 14 years of schooling, Lack of memory stopped me from progressing any further. Worked thru the Military Services a number of years. An ATE Engineer, at Farnsworth Electronics. Building Automatic Test Equipment for Shoot & Scoot; A-A Missile Systems. At Ft. Wayne Ind. following the contracts thru IT&T, Sperry & Chrysler. Sent to Marco Island as the Sr. Engr. to build a Missile Tracking Station. Missile canceled. The Station eventually was ripped apart and thrown out into the Gulf. My first Civilian Position was with Digital Equipment as a Designer to build Computerized Man-Machine interfaces. In 2002, the Virus took a second bite. In 2004 it was diagnosed as PPS. Now memory is limited to the first three numbers on a phone dial. My memory is limited to notes written on scraps of paper all around my chair, today. I started to write a book about our Constitution, that was in the Fall of 2009. I was mad about something. I apologize for the time it has taken. I had to stop and read the Federalists Papers. I wrote notes all through the work I had copied off the internet. That took me a few months to do. The book I am presenting now; is that work.
