Amanda K. Crowder, MSW, LCSW, is the owner of Calming Waters Counseling Services in Charlotte, NC. She has created and adapted evidence-based interventions to work with the most challenging children, adolescents, and families in the most difficult situations. Amanda is a certified trauma and EMDR therapist.
Julianna Elsworth, MSW, LCSW, is the clinical director at Calming Waters Counseling Services in Charlotte, NC. She specializes in treating children and adolescents with complex trauma and PTSD, sexually reactive behavior, familial conflict, and self-injurious behavior. She is a certified trauma specialist, is trained in EMDR, and provides clinical supervision to associatively licensed clinical social workers.
Anastasia Harmeyer, MSW, LCSW, LCAS, is an outpatient therapist at Calming Waters Counseling Services in Charlotte, NC. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults with borderline personality disorder, addiction, complex trauma and PTSD, relational conflict, self-harming behaviors, and suicidality.
