About the Author :
Michael Trickey is an active participant in the residential and commercial real estate markets. A CPA with thirty-five years of experience in the financial services industry, he has acquired and sold single family homes, condos, apartment buildings and commercial properties. He has also helped many people, young and old, find and buy the right home for them. Observing the challenges that his two millennial daughters and their friends faced in today's housing market, he wrote this book to provide easy-to-understand-and-follow guidance on the many aspect of buying a home. Mike lives in the Chicago area with his wife, Diane, and their beloved dog, Chessie.
