About the Author :
Shweta Dewangan I am an Assistant Professor at The ICFAI University,Raipur, Chhattisgarh. In 2012, I awarded Ph.D.from Pt.Ravishankar shukla university,Raipur, Chhattisgarh. MBA in HR & finance from BIT Durg (Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai). B.com, M.com, and M.Phil from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. I have 15 years of combined teaching and research experience in the fields of Commerce and Management, beginning in 2012. I served as Research Guide at MATS University Raipur, where two scholars received their Ph.D.award and two scholars submitted their theses under my supervision. I am also a thesis evaluator at an additional university. I have published eight research papers in UGC Care-listed journals, eleven papers in UGC-approved, peer-reviewed and cited journals, and four articles in books. Currently, I am analysing many types of study work using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS), the SEM model, and the R programming language. Sapna Singh Kshatri received the Ph.D. degree from MATS University, Raipur. She has completed her M.C.A. from Rungta College of Eng. & Technology Bhilai, India. She was Assistant Professor in Ashoka Institute technology and management. She is Head of Department Of computer science In Bharti University Durg. Recently She is working as Assistant Professor in Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Professional Management and Technology (SSIPMT), In Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Department. She has 6 years of teaching and academic experience over 15 research article, chapters, and national and international conference and papers, published international book in IGI global, wiley, Bentham and IIP. She is received Best Paper Awards in International Conferences. She has delivered more than 5 Keynote/Invited Talks and Chaired many Technical Sessions in International/ national Conferences. She has reviewed many papers in reported journals like IEEE, IET, Oxford. Her research interests include Bio-medical, Machine Learning, and Data Science. Astha Bhanot has about 18 years of research and teaching experience as an assistant professor (7 years at home in India and 6 years abroad in Saudi Arabia with over 13 years of illustrious teaching experience).
