About the Author :
Robert Cheeke is the author of Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness, Shred It!, and Plant-Based Muscle and is coauthor of the New York Times bestseller The Plant-Based Athlete. He is a former multisport athlete, often referred to as the "godfather of vegan bodybuilding." He is a two-time natural bodybuilding champion and was named by VegNews magazine as one of the most influential vegan athletes. He is the founder of Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness and maintains the website VeganBodybuilding.com. He is a regular contributor to Forks Over Knives, The Center for Nutrition Studies, The Vegan Gym, Vegan Strong, and No Meat Athlete. He grew up on a farm in Corvallis, Oregon, where he adopted a vegan lifestyle in 1995 at age fifteen, weighing just 120 pounds. He tours around the world sharing his story of transformation from a skinny farm kid to champion vegan bodybuilder.
MATT FRAZIER is the founder and CEO of No Meat Athlete and author of The No Meat Athlete Cookbook. He is a marathoner and ultrarunner, and qualified for the Boston Marathon with the help of a plant-based diet. Matt is the host of the No Meat Athlete podcast. He lives in Asheville, NC, with his family.
