About the Book

What if mastering influence was as simple as following the Yellow Brick Road?

In The Oz Method, international sales trainer, keynote speaker, and “edu-tainer” Collin Henderson transforms one of the world’s most familiar stories—The Wizard of Oz—into a powerful roadmap for leadership, sales, and personal influence.

Kansas represents the old way: outdated, black-and-white selling rooted in features, facts, and fear. Oz represents a brighter, more human approach where empathy, storytelling, and courage lead the way. Through a vivid framework built on the journey of Dorothy and her companions, Henderson shows you how to step out of Kansas and into a modern, psychology-driven model of influence that works in today’s competitive, noisy world.

Inside, you’ll learn how to:

  • Build trust and connection by leading with empathy and curiosity
  • Use storytelling to make your ideas stick and inspire action
  • Apply the 6 Es of edutainment to capture and keep attention
  • Develop courage and vulnerability to deepen client and team relationships
  • Create simple, repeatable habits that consistently drive results

Blending behavioral science, mindset training, and real-world strategies, Henderson delivers a premium reading experience packed with frameworks, visuals, and interactive exercises. This is not another dry sales manual—it’s a journey designed to be explored, marked up, and put into practice.

Whether you’re a new seller, a leader guiding a team, or an experienced professional ready to reimagine influence, The Oz Method equips you with the mindset and tools to succeed without manipulation, pressure, or gimmicks.

Step out of Kansas. Follow your Yellow Brick Road. And discover the psychology of influence that will transform the way you sell, lead, and live.
