About the Book

At a fundraiser in his honor, Senator Anthony Hecht is invited to a private room by a young, auburn-haired beauty. Minutes later, the politician dies of an apparent heart attack, but when police arrive, they discover the man's forehead has been marked with the number seven. And, his female friend has disappeared. Detectives Chuck Nowitzke and Anissa Taylor---first introduced in the popular novel, All In---are assigned to investigate the high-profile death. Their inquiry leads to several obscure cases from years prior involving men who died in similar manners. Each with a number on their body, but with no official determination that any of them were murdered. Puzzled by the circumstances and driven to find a link between the deaths, the detectives must also solve a decades-old missing persons case in what appears to be a growing cover-up by a possible serial killer.

Review :
All In combines the complex, inner workings of the jewelry business, insurance nuances, and crimes with large payouts. Appleton, Wisconsin is about the last place you'd imagine a calculated heist of this magnitude. Nowitzke and Anissa find themselves fighting for their lives to solve a string of eerily similar burglaries and robberies. How are they connected? Who is the mastermind? And who survives the fast-paced investigation? All In is a heart-pounding race that will leave you absolutely dazed until the very last page . . . and craving more Nowitzke and team. J. P. Jordan is leaving his mark with expert subject matter and undeniable style. - Sara Schultz, Insurance Professional Everyone loves a good heist story. This is a great heist story. Jordan never fails to make me believe that I've got everything figured out before taking me on another twist. Overall, a fun read that expands the world Jordan began in Men of God. - Robert W. Christian, author of Unholy Shepherd The attention to detail in All In will keep you on the edge of your seat, waiting for every clue, the tension building as the story progresses. J. P. Jordan's writing style allows the reader to create a vivid, realistic picture of this story in their mind. Wonderful book! - Queen Book Reviews J. P. Jordan's latest mystery is an excellent read. He again uses his knowledge of insurance as the basis to weave a complex story of burglary, robbery, and murder. It features the police officers introduced in Men of God, Chuck Nowitzke and Anissa Taylor. Two seemingly unrelated crimes, a burglary in one jewelry store and an armed robbery in another have only one thing in common: their insurance company. They arrest one of the culprits only to have him murdered while in custody. The insurance underwriter starts getting cryptic texts about a future heist. They race to stop the next crime while trying to figure out all the pieces of the puzzle. It results in a surprising but very satisfying ending. Mr. Jordan does a great job developing the relationship between the two detectives and providing more information on their backgrounds. I can't wait for a third book featuring these two characters. If you enjoy John Sanford, Earl Emerson, or JA Jance, you'll like All In. - Bill Lebo, retired insurance executive In J. P. Jordan's second novel, All In, Detective Chuck Nowitzke turns his attention to the jewelry industry. Nowitzke investigates a major theft from a small-town Wisconsin jeweler. Meanwhile, a string of jewelry thefts and murders ensues, and Nowitzke's inquiry leads him to discover irregularities in the insurance business. Ultimately, he learns that greed can affect anyone. All In is a fast-paced novel with an intricate plot. You may think you have it all figured out, but you will be surprised by the outcome. A very good read!!! - Joann Kilgus
