About the Book

SILVER WINNER OF THE 2026 NAUTILUS BOOK AWARDS

"I’m pleased to see that noted author Dr. Stephen G. Post is addressing themes such as consciousness and interconnectedness in his new book about Seven Paths to Inner Peace. It is my hope that this book will contribute to the flourishing of humanity." --from the foreword by His Holiness The Dalai Lama

A scientific and spiritual exploration of how the healing power of love can transform mind, body, and spirit in individuals and communities, even in times of chaos.

Dr. Post's goal through his life’s work is to achieve cultural transformation through a blend of the highest levels of scientific research, spiritual-philosophical reflection, and effective practice. Through more than forty years of research he has created a framework readers can use to foster pure unlimited love and find inner peace regardless of what’s going on around them. The framework consists of seven paths for generating inner peace which include:
May You Give and Glow; May You Heal with Kindness; May You Follow Your Callings; May You Raise Kind Children; May You Know the One Mind; May You Cherish the Gift of Nature; May You Honor the Spirit of Freedom. By incorporating these mantras into your everyday life, you can intentionally show love and kindness in your interactions and help to create inner peace as well as peace around you.

When given from the heart, pure love is unlimited and is comprised of compassion, helping, forgiveness, mirth, respect, celebration, listening, loyalty, creativity, and carefrontation. Dr. Post’s work invites readers to embrace pure unlimited love and help create a better world.

Review :
“What an engaging and inspiring read! Building on his earlier writing on the many forms that love can take, Dr. Post presents readers with seven pathways toward pure unlimited love. Each pathway is a mantra, one designed not only to help readers tap into this universal energy of love, but also to radiate this love outward toward others. In this exciting and creative book, Dr. Post skillfully weaves decades of research with dozens of personal stories, along with well-grounded, practical suggestions. A triumph!”
“A heartfelt and practical guide to living with compassion in turbulent times, Pure Unlimited Love invites readers to cultivate inner peace through daily intention and mindful connection. With over forty years of insight and experience, Dr Stephen Post offers Seven Paths and the Wheel of Love—a transformative framework for expressing kindness, dignity, and purpose. This book is a call to awaken the healing power of love in ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.”
"This book on pure unlimited love is a masterpiece, written by the maestro of unlimited love himself. Personal, engaging, and informing, this book will change your life." “Groundbreaking work. . . At a time when the science of mind-body medicine is expanding to include social and spiritual dimensions, [Post’s] research offers critical insights into how human connection, ethical care, and self-transcendence can positively influence physical and mental health outcomes.”
“Weaving together philosophical, theological, and experiential understandings of love with practical guidance for manifesting love in our individual and collective lives, Post once again demonstrates the depth of his grasp of human nature and longings. From the first sentence to the last, my attention and my heart were engaged with this book. And like other of Dr. Post’s writings, Pure Unlimited Love has the potential to transform readers’ hearts, change our lives, and heal parts of our broken world. Post’s enduring message: It’s good to be kind.”
"This vivid and effective illumination of routes to spiritual fulfillment is practical as well as mystical. It is nothing less than Post's summa. I can think of no higher standard. This is a treasure bound to last: a book that keeps on giving."
“Dr. Post’s Pure Unlimited Love is infused with wisdom from a seasoned author and professor of the medical humanities. Engaging . . . a particularly powerful reminder and inspiration about humanity’s need for humanity . . . of love’s ability to transform mind, emotion, and body. Everyone can benefit from it enormously.” “Post draws on decades of research and personal wisdom to reveal love as the transformative energy capable of giving meaning to our work. This book is a veritable tool kit that blurs the line between work and play; it is a “how to” for anyone who wants to follow their gifts in order to serve others and flourish in the process. Pure Unlimited Love is an inspiring book that calls us to learn not just for ourselves, but for others, and thus to learn more eagerly.”
“A blessing to each of us and generations following. May the excellent work continue.” “Dr. Post is a generational voice as the foremost leader in the study of Unlimited Love. He is a healer, teacher, and guide, who works from a deep reverent perspective. Post guides us to experience Ultimate Love, the profound and sacred force built into the fabric of reality that inherently uplifts your entire life. Opening this book is like lifting up the lid of a treasure chest to discover an ancient map to the love that has been buried within you all along.”
