About the Book

Offers a unique perspective in the “successful scaling” space. Most businesses fail to scale, and most business books look to productivity and process for the answers. This book shines the light on an opportunity for improvement most leaders have so far overlooked—improving interactions between the humans who make up the company. Appeals to today’s unicorn-obsessed entrepreneurship culture. Founders and investors are more focused on rapid-growth, high-performance organizations than in the past. Organic growth often won’t get them where they want to go; they need new strategies to successfully scale.  Arrives at a time when business growth is especially challenging. Today, with the end of zero percent interest rates and super-cheap and plentiful capital, high-growth companies are having to be much more careful with their expenditures. In an economic environment where every business is challenged to do more with the resources they have, the challenges of scaling have never been greater. Author has thirty years’ experience of helping high-growth companies to scale. In this book he shares his insights about how scaling typically leads to organizational dysfunction and shares practical rituals that you can implement to escape the common pitfalls and ensure your organization not only survives expansion but also continues to grow.
