About the Book

A glimpse of Divine guidance in my life, is the true story of a French chef, trained in the Art of cooking in his native France Eager to travel overseas to demonstrate the Art of French cooking. His first overseas country was Vietnam, where he worked as a chef at a new hotel called La Caravelle. While in Saigon, he met a French Girl who became his wife, who had a very special gift to see in the future, himself had much interest in that field. Then after three years contract at the Caravelle Hotel, he leaves with his wife Diane and their new born son noel to London England where he worked at the famous Savoy hotel, when in London goes to school to learn the English language, which will allow him to go to Hong Kong for the opening of the British owned the Mandarin Hotel. After three years at the Mandarin Hotel, he opened with some Friends from Saigon which he knew when working there, a restaurant called the Trou Normand in Kowloon side, a part Hong Kong the restaurant became famous, and was frequented by residents of Hong Kong, and tourists from all over the world. Then his wife Diane interested in teaching yoga, goes to India with her yoga teacher Indra Devi also called Mataji to meet a Swami in Bangalore south of India, which will change her life and also the life of Andre her husband when she return to Hong Kong with a message for him from the Swami also called SaiBaba. Andre. Andre Marquer was born in the province of Bretagne, France. At the age of fifteen, went to be an apprentice in the art of French cooking and pastries, after four years of apprenticeship, went to Paris to practice and get more knowledge in the field. Then after, at the age of 19 was drafted in the French Navy for two years, as at the time the military draft was compulsory. After his two years of service to his country, went all over the world to perform his talent in the Art of French cooking.
