With a distinguished career in finance spanning over three decades, Marja has successfully navigated the male-dominated business world and is passionate about coaching women on how to be taken seriously, to be heard, and to get what they want at work. Her mission is to help women become the leaders they are meant to be. Marja is an alumnus of the board of directors for HAVEN, a nonprofit serving victims of domestic violence. She lives in Michigan with her husband Jerry, and is mother to two adult children.
