About the Book

Finding an imposter instead of her uncle means Anne's quest must continue after The Lady's Maid is wed, and Dan is determined to protect her from the swindlers now trailing her. But though he's good at keeping her safe, he's certain he'll never be able to convince Anne to be his wife since her sights are set on finding her uncle and returning to England. As her quest becomes even more difficult--and dangerous--Anne finds her feelings for Dan changing. Will she soon be envisioning a new life in America?

Review :
"Lady Anne s Quest" is more than just a story of romance in the old west. It is a mystery and adventure. Susan Page Davis spins a web of a tale that will captivate you from the moment you begin to read the book. The story doesn t get bogged down at all, but keeps you wondering what each character is up to moment by moment.--Bonita L. Ledzius"Radiant Lit" (06/14/2012)" "Lady Anne's Quest" was a page-turner embracing the historical setting of theOregon trailand the quaint hotels along the way. Very well-written, I would recommend "Lady Anne's Quest" for readers of historical fiction who would enjoyits Western theme.--Marie Burton"Burton Book Review" (04/30/2012)" "Lady Anne's Quest" is more than just a story of romance in the old west. Ledzius"Radiant Lit" (06/14/2012) A few weeks ago I posted a review on The Lady's Maid, the first book in the Prairie Dreams series by Susan Page Davis. While the first book left me hanging and a bit disappointed, Lady Anne's Quest continues the story and left me anxious for the last book in the series! I am so glad that I decided to read it! Page develops Anne's character much more deeply in this story and delves more into the missing uncle leaving things at a much more satisfactory point for the readers by the end of the book. Now I'm looking forward to the third book scheduled to release this fall.: )--Jolanthe Erb"No Ordinary Moments" (02/03/2012) Lady Anne's Quest is more than just a story of romance in the old west. The title is not a misnomer - this is a quest. Anne has a mission, to find the uncle who stands to inherit her family's estate, and the more difficulties that arise or time that goes by, the more determined she is to see it through. It's well done and enjoyable... For much of the book the obstacles encountered are believable; finding one man in the barely settled West is a perfect setup for this kind of story. To call a book "pleasant" is often damning with faint praise, but here, in all the best senses of the word, it fits perfectly. Lady Anne's Quest was a very pleasant read.--Tracey Stewart"Stewartry" (03/07/2012) A few weeks ago I posted a review on "The Lady s Maid," the first book in the Prairie Dreams series by Susan Page Davis.
