  • Domestic violence: Explore the dynamics and root causes of intimate partner violence.
  • Attachment style: Learn how attachment style impacts relationships.
  • Intergenerational trauma: Delve into the impacts of trauma passed through generations and how to heal from it.

This workbook provides the tools needed for personal growth and change through practical exercises and reflective activities. In it, clients learn how to enhance their empathy, accountability, and self-awareness, equipping them with insights into creating healthier relationships and breaking free from abusive patterns.
