About the Author :
Charles Glover is SHRM Manager, Exam Development & Accreditation. Nancy Woolever, MAIS, SHRM-SCP, is SHRM's vice president of certification. She joined SHRM in 1997 to plan SHRM's conference, seminar, e-learning, and executive education programs, for which she was awarded the Meeting Partner of the Year. Beginning in 2006, she led SHRM's academic initiative to raise HR educational standards before joining the certification team as director of exam development in 2017. In 2019, Woolever was named vice president of certification as overall program and project owner with responsibility for exam development, certificant care, and testing administration.
