Review :
I teach my patients and personally use the Plate Method as a great tool for putting together a healthy eating plan. The Create Your Plate Diabetes Cookbook illustrates the concept perfectly for people with diabetes by providing recipes along with suggestions for what to include in the other sections of their plate to ensure a balanced meal. Kudos to Toby Amidor for including a wide selection of food choices including plant-based protein options too.
