The book was written because the Department of Education, Government of Maharashtra wanted to make learning faster and progressive. Creative Educators, a registered NGO, has been demonstrating a revolutionary teaching technique in schools and colleges based on the concept of constructivism. National Curriculum Framework 2005 and the National Policy on Education also want constructivism in education. Constructivism can be achieved if teachers stop teaching through lectures and inspire students to think and construct new knowledge. About the Author :
The author did his Senior Cambridge from St. Joseph Academy Dehra Dun in 1967. He went to the National Defence Academy, Pune in 1969. He was commissioned in the Indian Air force in 1973. He left the Indian Air force in 1993 as a Squadron Leader. The author did his Ph. D on the novels of Ayn Rand because her theory of objectivism appealed to him. Since then he has been inspiring others to use their creative minds to achieve objectives. No human being is meant to fail. He fails because his mind is not trained well. The author has advanced this concept of human excellence in his books. He has written 150 books on Shakespeare, communication skills, English novelists and poets, human excellence and education. These are taught and read throughout the world. The author is Co-founder of Creative Educators. It has a revolutionary learning technique which improves marks and creativity and substantially reduces learning time. The technique has been demonstrated on six million students so far.
