About the Author :
Michelle Macklin is a part of the Coloring2Relax family. She had smoked for 26 years and never planned to quit because it was something she enjoyed doing. Then one day she had xrays for back pain and found out she is in the beginning stages of COPD. She wasn't coughing. She was having the normal shortness of breath that most smokers have but nothing out of the ordinary, and increasing pain on each side, but she never expected the results to read COPD. This was the final push to quit smoking she needed. After many failed attempts to quit, she did a lot of research to give her the best chance at kicking the habit for good.
